I am a 14-year-old daughter, 5'3''y 136 lbs. I really want to lose weight. However, the things I tried so many times and nothing seems to work. I have a friend who have recently visited a camp to lose weight and lost weight. I have not spoken to her from time to time because she lives in Germany, I saw pictures. I do not know what was the camp, or if it's been fun. Also, I would be very embarrassing, my mother and my father asked if I could go fat camp. Is there a way to avoid this, it would be great.
