Stick with 1-way and work with him. You have too many tracks running at the same time it will hurt more often than against a game with someone decent.

Toons requires its own set of cards

Weird deck. Unfortunately I have to say 6.1/10 many good cards, but very few of them belong together. I suggest you take the whole deck Toon. Toons Decktypen are simply terrible. Horus really need to get more of them, or are you running lvl 8 because often a bad reputation. You should replace them. I hope that helped.
